Workspace settings

Access workspace settings by clicking the workspace switcher in the top left corner of the app and selecting "Workspace settings." You’ll land on the General settings page where you can manage the workspace name, description, and deletion if needed.

On the left is a list of tabs to navigate to different workspace settings pages:

• General - Configure workspace name, description, and URL
• Members - Invite, manage roles, and more
• Customize - Configure custom emoji and other future features
• Billing - Workspace billing, payment methods, usage, and more
• Integrations - Configure integrations across your workspace

Name, Description, and URL

Click directly on the name and description at the top of the page to modify them. Changes to both are saved inline automatically.

Workspace URLs are generated from their name and can be changed later, but be careful—changing the URL will break existing links. If a name is unavailable, that likely means someone else is using that name.

Emojitar

Above the workspace name and description, you’ll find our "emojitar" picker. Use this to pick an emoji to represent your workspace, or upload your own image as an avatar.

Integrations

There are a handful of integrations available to workspaces on Pierre: Discord, GitHub, and Linear. You can manage their workspace-wide status here on the settings page. Explore the Integrations section of our documentation for more information on each integration.

Delete

To delete a workspace, scroll to the bottom of the settings page and click the delete button.
